Celebrate World Yoga Day with Freddy

In Milan, the largest yoga gathering in Italy to celebrate this special day, the most powerful of the year: the summer solstice!

• 5.00 pm opening of the entrances and delivery to all participants - while stocks last - of the exclusive FREDDY personalized t-shirt to wear for the lesson, in order to be the same, connected and united for once in the magical moment of practice.
• 6.00 pm The classic Surya Namaskar sequence - the Greeting to the Sun - will open the event.
• 6.30 pm Sangeeta Laura Biagi to recite a collective OM together.
• 7.00 pm with Roberto Milletti and Francesca Cassia, founders of Odaka® Yoga, will lead us into practice with a collective session that will focus on listening to our inner peace
