On the occasion of the opening of the new Game7Athletics flagship in Merlata Bloom Milano, Game7Events and Freddy invite you on Saturday 9 December to an afternoon of free lessons with two special guests!

Cardio Boxing with Valentina Barbieri, a combination of boxing-inspired movements, an easy, fun class designed to tone and release tension. Get ready to sweat and have fun, let go of stress and follow the rhythm!

Strong&Barre with Carol Enrico free body: a functional workout inspired by classical ballet barre exercises with the aim of toning legs, glutes and abdomen.
