How to return an item
HAVE YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND? YOU HAVE 40 DAYS TO RETURN IT. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT.
1. FILL IN THE RETURN FORM
Fill in the Product Return Form that you found inside the parcel and put it back in. Even if you have received more than one delivery for the same order, please make a unique return request.
If you haven't received the return form, you can simply write the order number on a piece of paper and include it inside the package.
2. PREPARE AND SHIP THE PACKAGE
- Be sure to send the return package via tracked shipping, via courier, post or another sort of carrier. The return shipping fees are to be paid by the customer. We do not accept returns with payment upon delivery;
- Make sure to send the package to the following address: FREDDY S.P.A C/O SNATT LOGISTICA Via Ruffilli 9 20042 Pessano con Bornago (MI) - Italy
- Attach the shipping label provided by the carrier that you've chosen to transport the package;
- Keep the receipt until you receive a message from us confirming your refund.
3. RETURNS MANAGEMENT AND REFUND
- Our warehouse staff will verify the return within 6/10 business days upon its arrival;
- Once our whareouse has received and checked the package, you will receive a refund notification.
