• the client-consumer (that is, a physical person purchasing goods for non-professional purposes, or submitting the order without indicating a VAT code) holds the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason;
  • Freddy clients have the right to return purchased products without specifying the reason within 40 days form placing the order;
  • the partial return of an order can be requested by simply selecting only the items that are going to be returned;
  • Freddy Online store shall cover shipping expenses for returned goods up to a maximum of 12,00 euros;
  • in the case of orders paid for with your FREDDY360° credit, since the value of the coupon is allocated proportionally among all the products in your order, only the value equal to the amount of the items returned will be reactivated in your FREDDY360° credit. The FREDDY360° credit will not be refunded in cash;
  • in the case of orders for which you have used a discount coupon, since this is allocated proportionally among all the products in your order, the value of the product net of discount will be refunded. The coupon cannot be reactivated;
  • to exercise the withdrawal right clients will have to fill the specific online form. Returns with no printed return form in PDF format included will not be accepted;
  • to ship the return, you can use the original package in which you received the product;
  • N.B. For products in the category TOTAL LOOK, or products marketed with the formula "+ Top/T-Shirt/Tank Top FREE", we will NOT accept partial returns containing only the Top/T-Shirt/Tank Top or the pant of the promo pack;
  • save for possible costs for restoring the goods following ascertained damage to the original packaging, Freddy Online Store will refund the client for the whole sum paid for the product minus shipping costs as soon as the products are received;
  • the purchased good will have to be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all of its parts (included packaging and possible accessory documents and equipment);
  • No labels or adhesive tape should be applied directly to the product's original packaging;
  • in the case of clothing or similar items, the identification tag should also be returned. We therefore invite you to try the product on without removing the tag and seal, since we will not accept returned items that are not in the same conditions as when they were sold;
  • Shipping, until a notification of receipt is sent by our warehouse, is under the client's full responsibility. ;
  • Freddy Online Store is not liable for any damage or loss/theft of goods returned with non-insured shipping;
  • Goods must have been delivered by a courier and not picked at a sales point.
