Debora Ben Assayag will guide you through high-intensity, low-impact workouts for a powerful yet harmonious blend of strength, flexibility, and control. Don't miss “Power Mobility Flow”, “Booty & Core Burner”, and the unique “Power Grave” – a workout combining explosiveness and grace.

Francesca De Luca will lead an early morning Ananda Morning Flow session at sunrise on Sunday – a mindful practice to awaken your body and mind, center yourself, and start the day with energy and awareness.

This year, Freddy is the Official Tank Top Partner of the XMasters Volley Slam, happening on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th July. Freddy has designed the official tank tops that will be worn by all tournament participants.
