How to return an item
HAVE YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND BECAUSE THE PRODUCT IS THE WRONG SIZE OR COLOR?
YOU HAVE 40 DAYS* TO RETURN IT. FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS
1. ASK FOR A RETURN
- Log into your account on freddy.com by clicking "Login or Register", then click "My Account".
- Ask for a refund by going to "Return requests".
- Select the item you want to return, fill in the required fields and click "Send return request".
- You will receive via email the Return PDF form to affix to your parcel, you can also view and print it from your account on freddy.com.
2. PREPARE YOUR PARCEL
- Print the PDF Return Form and place it inside the package containing the return items. If you cannot print it, write the return number on a white sheet of paper;
- The product must be intact and complete in all its parts. Please remember to return also the identification tag and the seal;
- Use the original packaging, if it's still in good condition.
- Write the delivery address on the outside of the parcel:

- Drop the box at your closest post office or carrier to organize the shipping. Please note that returns must be shipped with a tracking number, and all shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. We do not accept returns with payment upon delivery.
3. GET YOUR REFUND
- Our warehouse will inspect the package within 3 working days upon its arrival.
- Once we have checked the package, you will receive an order refund notification. Keep in mind that, depending on your bank, refunds may take from 3 to 14 days to appear in your account.
Remember: You can track the status of your request by logging into your account on freddy.com
*In some promotional periods, the time limit to ask for a refund may be longer than 40 days
