FREDDY and SIGOA have reaffirmed their commitment to gymnastics by announcing a new partnership. This initiative is part of FREDDY TEAMWEAR's development strategy; TEAMWEAR is the business unit dedicated to providing sports clubs with bespoke kits.
Founded in 2002 by sisters Giorgia and Sabrina Buzzi, SIGOA is a brand that specialises in producing technical clothing for artistic gymnastics. It is now the official supplier to the Italian Gymnastics Federation and serves over 400 artistic gymnastics schools in Italy and abroad. The founders will remain active within the company in strategic roles, continuing to guarantee the technical quality that has established SIGOA as a leading brand in the artistic gymnastics sector.
«After a significant journey with SIGOA, we realised that we needed a partner who could help us reach the next level without compromising our identity", explain Giorgia and Sabrina Buzzi, the founders of SIGOA. «In FREDDY, we have found a shared vision regarding the importance of technical quality and service to sports clubs. Entering into a partnership with FREDDY enables us to build on our experience and help the artistic gymnastics sector grow».
«This partnership is a natural step forward for FREDDY”, says Carlo Freddi, the company's president. «SIGOA is a highly regarded company with in-depth knowledge of technical products and the world of artistic gymnastics. By combining SIGOA’s expertise with our industrial experience and a targeted marketing strategy, we intend to develop an ambitious project that will set a new standard in emerging sports segments».
This collaboration also sets a positive example for the Italian Gymnastics Federation (FGI), demonstrating how two FGI partners can combine their expertise and vision to contribute to the development of the gymnastics movement, focusing on the quality of technical products and support for sports clubs.
This synergy will generate new opportunities for the world of gymnastics and all affiliated clubs that contribute to the growth of our discipline every day.
