How to Request a Return

Here is how to correctly create a return request:

  • Make sure you are logged in with your username and password. If you are not logged in, click here to log in to our website. Otherwise, enter the ACCOUNT section by clicking on "My account";
  • Select MY RETURNS from the menu in your account;
  • Click on REQUEST A RETURN;
  • Select the order you would like to return from the drop-down menu; you can only see orders placed in the last 30 days, and for which you can request a return;
  • Select the reason for the return from the drop-down menu;
  • Select the items you would like to return;
  • Select the refund mode and fill, if required, the necessary fields to send the refund;
  • Click on Send: you will open the return form in pdf format, with all the information included in the request form, in two copies. If the information is correct, print the pdf document;
  • Insert the document both inside and outside the package containing the return items, following the instructions on each page of the document.
  • A prepaid return label will be emailed to you from our courier company – DPD within 24 hours from the time the return process has been initiated. Please affix this label to your package and follow easy DPD returns.
