How to Request a Return
HAVE YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND BECAUSE THE PRODUCT IS THE WRONG SIZE OR COLOR? YOU HAVE 40 DAYS TO RETURN IT. FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS
1. ASK FOR A RETURN
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 40 days for a refund. Please note that we can’t offer exchanges, you will have to place a new order. We also cannot accept any online returns in our stores.
- Log into your account on freddy.com by clicking "Login or Register", then click “My Account”.
- Please note there is no "guest option", but you have created a Freddy account when placing your order. You can also check the status of your order/refund in your Freddy account.
- Select on the left menu “RETURN REQUESTS”, then select “RETURN AN ITEM”.
- Choose the order that you wish to return by filling out the appropriate form with all the necessary information and select the item you want to return, then click "Send return request".
2. PREPARE YOUR PARCEL AND BOOK THE COLLECTION
- You will automatically receive an email from Freddy containing the “Return Form”. Note that this is not your prepaid label. Print 2 copies of the “Return Form”: insert one in the package and affix the other on the outside of the package.
- Another email will follow from DHL with the prepaid return label (please check spam folder). This email may take up to 48 hours from the time the return process has been initiated. Print also this label and affix it to your package and follow the DHL returns instructions attached.
- To book the collection, scroll down the same email and click “SCHEDULE A PICKUP”. Do not make any changes at this stage, just press “NEXT” for the first two steps.
- The product must be unworn and with original tags attached, and complete in all its parts. Please remember to return also the identification tag and the seal;
- Use the original packaging, if it's still in good condition.
Please note that items sent using a carrier other than our own free returns service are sent at your own risk and we don’t reimburse the p&p.
3. GET YOUR REFUND
- Within 5 working days from collection, the package arrives at our warehouse.
- Our warehouse will inspect the package within 3 working days upon its arrival.
- Once we have checked the package, you will receive an order refund notification. Please allow at least 10-15 business days from the processing date for funds to appear on your account (please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside our control).
