Returns and refunds

Once you’ve placed an order, you can return it for any reason within 40 days.
Here’s our return policy:

  • Returns are governed by Italian Legislative Decree 206/05;
  • the client-consumer (that is, a physical person purchasing goods for non-professional purposes, or submitting the order without indicating a VAT code) holds the right to withdraw from the sale contract without giving a reason but only within 40 days from order confirmation;
  • Returns must be requested by filling in the online return form.
  • Returns will not be accepted unless the PDF form has been properly filled in;
  • Returns must be shipped with a tracking number, and all shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. We do not accept returns with payment upon delivery. Freddy S.p.A. will refund shipping fees for returns for a maximum of $25.00.
  • Ask for a trackable shipping service at your local post office or courier. We do not accept returns with payment upon delivery;
  • Returns for items purchased in shops within the FREDDY sales network will not be accepted;
  • Returns for items bought online from websites other than www.freddy.com will not be accepted;
  • To return an item that was paid for using a discount code, the value of the product minus the discount will be reimbursed as the discount is applied proportionally to all the items in the order. The coupon cannot subsequently be reactivated.
  • If you return an item paid for entirely or in part with FREDDY360° credit, the value of the credit corresponding only to the items returned will be refunded to your Freddy360° credit total.
  • The price of the goods returned, minus any costs to restore a damaged original package;
  • The order shipping costs will NOT be reimbursed;
  • Freddy Online store shall cover shipping expenses for returned goods up to a maximum of $25.00;
  • in the case of orders paid for with your FREDDY360° credit, since the value of the coupon is allocated proportionally among all the products in your order, only the value equal to the amount of the items returned will be reactivated in your FREDDY360° credit. The FREDDY360° credit will not be refunded in cash.
  • in the case of orders for which you have used a discount coupon, since this is allocated proportionally among all the products in your order, the value of the product net of discount will be refunded. The coupon cannot be reactivated.
  • You can request a partial return of an order: for example, if you ordered multiple products, you can return just one of them.
  • If you’ve ordered a set of items, such as a “pack” composed of more than one items (i.e. A tracksuit of trousers+sweatshirt or a t-shirt+trousers set, or a pack of socks), or one of the products belonging to the TOTAL LOOK, TRACKSUITS, ATHLETIC SETS, WR.UP-IN TRACKSUITS, the entire set must be returned. Freddy will NOT ACCEPT partial returns containing only one of the multiple pieces that make up the product/set.
  • The product returned must be undamaged, intact and complete with all of its parts (bag/original packaging, labels, tags, accessories included).
  • If still in good condition, you can use the packaging the item was originally shipped in.

  • Place a copy of the return PDF form in the package and apply a second copy to the outside of the package.
  • Apply the prepaid shipping label on the outside of the package.
  • The identification tag and the seal must also be returned.
  • FREDDY does not accept returns for items which are not in the same condition that they were received in.

Average processing times are:

  • Once the package has been picked up by the courier, it will get to our warehouse in about 5-9 days;
  • The warehouse staff will verify, within 6 business days, that the items returned comply with the Return policy;
  • If the item returned complies with the Return policy,the refund or replacement process will begin.

Refund methods

  • NOTE: The time required to redeem the payment with some types of credit cards depends solely on the bank and may in some cases be made on the natural expiry (usually 24-25 days from the date of authorization).

  • If you return an item paid for entirely or in part with FREDDY360° credit, the value of the credit corresponding only to the items returned will be refunded to your Freddy360° credit total.

Reimbursement times

Your money will be refunded within 10 business days from the date the return procedure is finished. NOTE: For some types of cards, clearance times may be up to their natural expiration date (generally 24-25 days from the authorisation date).
