How to Request a Return
HAVE YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND BECAUSE THE PRODUCT IS THE WRONG SIZE OR COLOR?
YOU HAVE 30 DAYS* TO RETURN IT. FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS
1. ASK FOR A RETURN
- Log into your account on freddy.com by clicking “Login or Register” , then click “My Account”.
- Ask for a refund or replacement by going to "Return requests".
- Select the item you want to return, fill in the required fields and click “Send return request”.
- You will receive via email the Return PDF form to affix to your parcel, that you can also view and print from your account on freddy.com.
2. PREPARE YOUR PARCEL
- Print the Return PDF form. If you cannot print it, write the return/replacement number on a white sheet of paper.
- Place the sheet of paper inside the parcel.
- Write the delivery address on the outside of the parcel:
FREDDY C/O OMLOG Asia Ltd
24/F, Block B, Goodman Western Plaza,
No. 2 San On Street and No. 2 Tin Hau Road,
Tuen Mun, N.T., Hong Kong
- You can directly drop the box at your closest post office or carrier to organize the shipping.
3. GET YOUR REFUND
Once we have received and checked your parcel at our warehouse, you will receive the Notification of Refund. Attention please: depending on your bank, it may take 3 to 14 working days to view the refund on your account.

*In some promotional periods, the time limit to ask for a replacement or refund may be longer than 30 days
